Built fabric’s UX org: Established and scaled the Product Design & Research function; created a centralized UX+UI motion aligning OMS, PIM, Marketplace, and 6+ SKUs.

Systemized the platform: Launched fabric’s 1st Design System, unifying legacy code and UX patterns across 12+ domains, accelerating consistency and delivery at scale.

Drove measurable CX gains: Introduced qualitative CX metrics and insight-driven roadmapping, increasing NPS QoQ and materially reducing customer churn through targeted UX improvements sprint over sprint.

Advanced velocity & AI adoption: Established a repeatable Agile design operating model (60% → 220% velocity) and crafted fabric’s AI framework, hands-on leading multiple AI initiatives with engineering and PM. (I spoke about it here)
