Muriel Naim is a Vice President of UX, Creative Head, and Filmmaker originally from Tel Aviv, currently based in L.A <> NYC. 

Muriel has over 13+ years of hands-on experience in UX Architecture, Design, Strategy & Creative, and substantial experience in Design mentorship and leadership. Throughout her career she established full-stack creative teams, as well as scaled up global teams (0-65). She provided companies such as Disney, ABC, Sisense, HopSkipDrive, Saatchi & Saatchi and Walmart Labs with bullet-proof User experiences and Agile-for-Design ways of working, leading to commercial successes and major investment rounds. She spoke in several international conferences (mostly on Empathy in Design and Rethinking the left brain in Research), and received multiple design awards for experiences she executed. 

Main-kick: Crafting sharp User experiences* from beginning to end, through research, testing, POCs, UX prototyping, UI, GUI, Graphic Design, LQA and accessibility. 
Side-kick: Shifting complex & heavy systems, platforms and products into neat, beautiful and easy to use motherboards.
Also: Rebranding. Re-manythings. I love transforming brands, experiences and products, unleashing their true potential. 
As a leader, I push my teams to think out-of-the-box, “get their hands dirty” and always keep learning. I lead with both empathy & a keen attention to detail, and expect my team to bring their best selves to the studio every day. To do so, I am a big believer in process, iterations and flexible mindset, pushing both my UXers and my architects to try, fail, and try again. I believe in open communications and transparency. 

*User Experience = everything you see, hear, interact with and feel from the moment you enter a site, website, product or app, until you leave, and hereafter. AKA - site architecture, informational logic, social experience, design, fonts, branding, transitions, execution, dev, tests and user follow-ups.
