In collaboration with Toyota U.S.A
At Saatchi & Saatchi’s California HQ (http://saatchi.com/en-us/), I led UX strategy and creative solutions for Toyota’s digital ecosystem—spanning web and mobile. Working closely with Toyota U.S.A.’s VP, Saatchi’s Creative Director, and cross-functional stakeholders, I crafted high-impact user experiences for both consumers and dealerships.
Key contributions:
- Led UX for Toyota’s payment estimator tools on the official website, optimizing conversion and simplifying complex finance interactions.
- Directed the redesign of two key mobile products:
(1) a customer-facing app tailored for new buyers, and
(2) a tablet-based dealer tool, rolled out across 1,500+ Toyota dealerships in the U.S.
- Managed cross-disciplinary teams of mobile UX designers and in-house graphic talent, aligning creative strategy with user needs and business goals.
- Delivered strategic decks and UX solutions with embedded in-app purchasing logic—enhancing both usability and revenue potential.
The result: a unified, intuitive digital experience that empowered Toyota’s sales force and simplified the buyer journey across platforms.
