In collaboration with Toyota U.S.A

            Saatchi & Saatchi (http://saatchi.com/en-us/) is a global communications and advertising agency network. I worked in its Californian headquarters as Lead UX & Creative solutions advisor to Toyota’s payment-estimator products (website), and its consumer’s app, leading the mobile UX team and in-house graphic designers in collaboration with Toyota U.S.A. 

I interacted directly with Saatchi & Saatchi’s Creative Director, UX Supervisor, and Toyota’s VP  and various stakeholders, crafting decks and coming up with creative UX solutions & in-app purchase options, leading the internal team. On top of upgrading the experience in Toyota’s official website, I led the refreshed experiences of 2 apps; (1) a mobile app for new customers and (2) a local dealers’ tablet integration, which was distributed to over 1,500 Toyota U.S dealerships.
