Sisense - at the time a small, privately invested TLV-based startup - was the first company I worked at as Head of UX & Design. Starting as a Lead UX designer, I quickly realized that the needs for Sisense’s robust product were far more substantial than a single designer’s workload. I developed an overarching strategy, then sketched, prototyped and designed PRISM 5.0 - Sisense’s Bestseller and flagship product to date. Following Prism 5’s release, migrating from Sisense’s previous product to the new one, the company raised a B-round of $20M (compared to $2M previously), with customer reviews highlighting the system’s simplicity, ease-of-use and powerful UX, making Prism the first no-manual-needed product in the BI market.

I pulled many all-nighters as a sole designer, prototyping Sisense’s Prism entirely from scratch. I also worked very closely with Sisense’s 15 system architects and backend engineers, designing, prototyping and implementing not only the platform & dashboard-creator, but over 12 made-from-scratch BI widgets (some of which got Sisense various design awards worldwide).

Today, with Prism still being Sisense’s top-seller (https://www.sisense.com/), the company has over 1000 employees, a full in-house creative department with 10 employees, HQs in Tel Aviv, San Francisco, New York and Moscow, and it just passed its $1 billion valuation.
