About

Muriel Naim is a Vice President of UX, Creative Head, and Filmmaker based in L.A <> NYC.

With over 14 years of hands-on experience across UX Architecture, Design Strategy, and Creative Direction, Muriel has built and scaled high-performing global teams—establishing 7+ full-stack creative teams and growing design orgs from the ground up (0 to 65+). She’s led UX and design initiatives for companies like Disney, ABC, Sisense, HopSkipDrive, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Walmart Labs, delivering bulletproof user experiences and implementing Agile-for-Design practices that drove commercial wins and major funding rounds.

Her work has earned multiple design awards, and she’s spoken at international conferences on topics like Empathy in Design and rethinking the role of the analytical mind in research.

Main kick: Crafting sharp, seamless user experiences* from end to end—through deep research, testing, POCs, prototyping, UI, visual design, localization QA, and accessibility.

Side kick: Transforming complex, clunky systems into intuitive, elegant, and human-centered interfaces that people actually want to use.

Also: Rebrands, reinventions, and creative overhauls—Muriel thrives on unlocking the full potential of products, experiences, and brands.

As a leader, Muriel champions curiosity, craft, and continuous learning; She leads with empathy and precision, encouraging her teams to experiment boldly, communicate openly, and bring their best selves to the studio every day. Her belief is that great design comes from trial and error: a strong process, a flexible mindset, and the willingness to try, fail, and try again.

*User Experience = everything you see, hear, interact with, and feel from the moment you enter a site, product, or app—until you leave, and even after. That means: architecture, logic, design, branding, transitions, dev, testing, and follow-through.
